Seasonal mapping delights in Karlstad

Wermland Opera in Karlstad, Sweden, describes its dazzling facade show as a Christmas gift to city inhabitants, designed to brighten the darkest evenings. The annual show plays about 25 times in early December and has become a regular, much appreciated fixture during the festive season.

For the third year running, Jan Brånå at Eyebrite was commissioned to create the colorful three-projector WATCHOUT show, working in close collaboration with the opera's musicians and ensemble. Event specialists, Adapt, provided the technical solution: Christie Boxer 4K30 projectors and a Dataton WATCHMAX media server.
