Get updated software
Make sure that you have the latest version of WATCHOUT or WATCHNET to make sure you're always up-to-date! If you are running older versions of WATCHOUT, you can download legacy versions here.

RMA - returns
All Dataton products are sold with a 2-year warranty. If you have a product which is not working satisfactorily/faulty, please contact your reseller/Premium Partner for assistance.
For products bought from Dataton directly, please visit our Help Center and fill in the form "Technical Support & RMA".
If you can't find the answer in our Knowledge Base, user forum or in the user guide, please contact the support department via the Help Center.
When you submit a request for technical support in this portal, you will be asked to provide the following info:
- One-line headline description of issue
- Detailed description of the issue (What is wrong? When does the issue occur? What's your setup?)
- Product serial number and/or WATCHOUT version number
