Dataton pushes projection mapping boundaries at ISE

Get ready for some extreme projection mapping on the Dataton stand at Integrated Systems Europe! A longtime exhibitor at ISE, Dataton always pulls out the creative stops in its stand presence and 2016 is no exception.

Polish production house, MOOV, has designed the show for the Dataton stand in Hall 11. The aim is to illustrate the creative potential of the company's award-winning WATCHOUT multi-display software, inspiring users to push the boundaries. “The whole stand is basically one big product demo. We're putting WATCHOUT through its paces and, at the same time, creating an experience that people will remember!” says show producer Piotr Majewski, MOOV.

Dataton's WATCHOUT multi-display production and playback system has a solid 15-year track record for outstanding performance and reliability in all kinds of presentation applications. The latest version, 6, added a strong feature-set for smoother workflow in complex projection mapping, multiple-source video playback, virtual displays for pixel mapping, pre-visualization, as well as a new-look user interface.

“While we're used to seeing WATCHOUT in corporate and cultural events, as impressive scenography in the theatre, in digital signage applications or for architectural projections, not everyone realizes how much you can do with it when it comes to real projection-mapping,” Lars Sandlund, COO, Dataton, says. “The show on the ISE stand works with unusual physical elements in a fun way, far from the everyday car or house mapping examples you usually see. WATCHOUT is all about creating an impact and with the latest version, that's never been easier.”

The Dataton stand will be staffed by Dataton partners and crew from some 20 countries. Visitors can also expect to see some interesting product news at the show.
